EMA Owner Manager Programme

This is a practical programme to equip busy business owners with the tools, skills and support to run, improve and grow their business.

Equip is hands-on training in the areas owner managers have to juggle, e.g. business planning, employee management, cash flow, systems and efficiency, sales and marketing, KPIs and succession.

Equip is eligible for 50% NZTE funding and is run by the EMA in Khyber Pass, Newmarket, Auckland.

Because getting time away from the business can be challenging, Equip is one two and a half hour session per week, over 14 weeks, at times convenient for busy owner managers i.e. early morning, lunchtime, late afternoon and evening.  Business owners tell us they love the bite-sized sessions.  Having the week in-between sessions to implement and then the next week to discuss and build on progress, means real change is achieved.

Lisa Mandic is the facilitator of the programme so please contact her on 09 522 8790 if you have any questions.  Or you can contact Craig Garner at the EMA 09 367 0907.
